Terribly noisy, window blinds don't stop the light at all, primitive and stransparent bathroom door, hot water trickles.

Staying at this guesthouse was a great decision. the location couldn't have been better, you're just next to the BTS station and it's super easy to get to other parts of the city. the room was cozy and clean, with everything you need - a comfortable bed, full bathroom, a safe box, and even a kettle.
The TV only had limited channels, not that big of a deal considering all the other great stuff.

Padi Madi Guesthouse is not a luxury but yet a comfortable guest house. The design of the room gave us a very warm and relax feeling. The internet connection in the room is also excellent. We also appreciated the owner of the guest house who treated us so well and gave us a lot of suggestions and better choices that save us budget and valuable time of our trip. For sure we will choose Padi madi guest house again for our next Bangkok trip.
A bit noisy as it is located nearby the main road.

Nik and Nat were wonderful hosts that helped greatly with much needed information and advice for us. We will most certainly look forward to staying there again in August.
the units on the ground floor beside the reception would have been wonderful for a small cafe or something?

The hotel exceeded my expectations! The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming, making me feel like I was at a home away from home. The location was amazing, just a short walk away from the BTS station. The bed was comfortable and the shower had great water pressure. , the room was clean and spacious, offering a relaxing stay.
The Wi-Fi connection was not very strong, making it difficult to use. the air conditioning system could use some improvement as the room did become quite warm at times.

I loved this place. It's literally around the corner from the Thong Lor BTS sky train, nearby some amazing street food and a stop away from huge malls. It's very clean, lovely atmosphere and beautiful simple rooms, and the staff were incredibly friendly. A good place to head if you land in Bangkok late at night (only an hour from plane to bed by BTS) and want to wake up in the city to set off on a day exploring. I will recommend this to all of my friends.

This guesthouse is beautifully designed and comfortable, with a great location in a likable neighborhood. The staff is friendly and helpful, and I got a great last-minute deal. The wifi is strong, and there's a great rooftop spot to watch the BTS go by.
Couldn't find any faults at all.

Nice, reasonably spacious rooms, nice staff, ok modern design.
Probably the noisiest room I ever slept in, sleeping was impossible without my earplugs. Was like sleeping on the sidewalk, noisewise..., also considering the hardness of the mattress. But this seems to be a nationwide problem.

The location is so convenience, very close to bts Thong Lor station (about 30-45 seconds walk)
There's no elevator, would be a little bit of problem if you have baby or big luggages. And a bit noisy as the guesthouse is very close to the sukhumvit street, should be no problem if you have ear plugs.. However, for me it's nice, valuable and acceptable.

All in all, this hotel was a great find and I had a wonderful stay.

Small but clean rooms, nice bed. All in all, pleasant stay.
Windows were a bit thin and I could hear very well the noise from the outside.

Nice staff, it's close to bts Skytrain, modest prices.
Very noisy. Sky train makes no noise, but Sukhumvit Road does a lot of. If you solve it you we'll be the best choise. It's my message to management. To quests: buy ear deafers and go.
